Sunny Deck and BBQ grill makes this Downtown Golden home a perfect base for all activities or just hanging out at home. Location and layout- Close to Downtown Golden. Easy access to the mountains and Denver Metro area. Small garden level unit in the basement with a separate entrance through a separate door in the back. Please keep noise down between 10PM and 7AM. Thanks!

Pets may be approved with additional cleaning fee. Extra guests must be on the booking or approved by owner, even if only "stopping by". Please make it easy on the cleaning people as best you can and notify me immediately if something is damaged so I can repair it before the next guest arrives. No Smoking allowed indoors, please only smoke outdoors and use the ashtray located on the patio table. Thanks!
